Yes. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

In the event of a hurricane or any major weather disruption, the date of XRPL Cancun may be moved. However, any change of date must be decided collectively, through a General Council vote that includes all registered attendees. This ensures that the decision respects the community, the ceremonial flow, and the commitments of every traveler.
The event will never be canceled — only rescheduled if absolutely necessary and agreed upon by the full council.
The Flow Integrity Clause protects the ceremonial structure of XRPL Cancun. It means that the organizers and the resort cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by forces outside their control — including weather events, hurricanes, flight delays, government restrictions, transportation failures, hotel service changes, or any circumstance beyond direct influence.
This clause ensures that the experience, the ceremony, and the community flow remain intact, honoring the balance and guardianship of XOLO throughout the event.
